Coordinators
Who are Coordinators?
They are from the people, for the people. Ecological thinkers who started off by investigating a different way… a better way… because they clearly notice that the system in which we grew up, does not work for the broader population. It favours a few and it is not fair… more like a slave system than the freedoms and quality of life that politicians advertise with every election. Out of their disillusionment, our leaders research until they find a way of living that aligns with biblical principles where a man or woman are respected as the men and women that they are, their passions in life and their talents are respected and they are left to live their own lives.
You have found the way of living in truth, taken back your names, your birth rights on this land and claimed back your unalienable right to make your own decisions and live life as you see fit… albeit in a constructive way within your community… based on the principle of do no harm and take nothing that is not yours… that is: treat others in the same way that your want other people to treat you.
The South African Assembly needs men and women of character. People who are willing to not only take responsibility for themselves and their own family, but also the families of their community. Not needing to be a leader, but willing to lead if he or she is needed in that role. More willing to listen than to speak, but ready to speak if that is what is needed. People ready to take unpopular decisions if it is in service of principle of truth, integrity and fairness. People ready to alter their life styles and to make space and time to serve their community.
Coordinators mean a lot of talking and brain storming, but even more action to implement the decisions taken during meetings. Coordinators are the change masters and change makers in their community, not necessarily without fear… but brave enough to face their fears and exude faith and tenacity to successfully raise their local assemblies. For most endeavours in life, tenacity is the single best predictor of success
A Coordinator is someone who steps in to make a difference that he or she as well as the community can see… who plans on paper and checks their progress and results on a weekly basis.
And lastly, since you will be mobilising people and set up governance structures that do not exist, you need to be teachable and will want to learn all you can about the assembly environment. The best leaders are after all, those who knows their stuff and understand the dynamics of this endeavour.

Your process starts by submitting the coordinators form.
