Choose your level of freedom
When you decide to get out of “Babylon” there are a number of levels to which you can process and record your sovereignty.
We have to emphasize that obtaining your freedom and to reconvey from the Sea Jurisdiction back to the Land and Soil Jurisdiction – Law of the Land – Common Law – there is no need to challenge or attack anyone or any governmental organisation, there is no need for rallies or mass demonstrations… no conflict needed… simply walk away by using your pen. “The pen is mightier than the sword.”
Depending on your needs and that of your family, here are the steps – or levels – of repatriation back to the land that are forming your bridge to freedom. Just cross the bridge and keep on walking.
(1) Deregister from the Voters ‘Roll;
(2) 528 Status correction;
(3) 928 Emancipation and qualification to serve in assembly and take up positions in the Common Law Governance System, Emancipation within South Africa by Notification to The Master of The High Court, The Minister of Finance, Home affairs and SARS .
Active Repatriation by studying all the material available and, growing into the sovereign way of life and becoming active in the Common Law Community.
There are many “Living Men and Women” needed to fill the many positions in our country and to build the Four Pillars of a free Society in Common Law, they are:
– the General Assembly;
– the International Business Assembly;
– the State Courts;
– the State Assembly Peace Keeping Fiduciary. Which talents, experience and training do you have that will prove critical to your local society and our country?
First step
First check on the IEC website to establish that you are in fact a registered voter. Go to the Voter Information Centre, and type in your ID number. Your details will come up on the screen as confirmation of your status.
There is no need to go to all that trouble. Currently, members have great success by just sending an email to the IEC requesting that they remove your registration on the Voters’ Roll. You have to attach a signed copy of the Voters’ Roll Deregistration form as well as a copy of your South African Identity Document.

Third Step
If you are an ecological, family and community thinker and aware of the risks and opportunities that the current socio-economic environment pose, you would most likely not be satisfied with just doing you Private Declaration of political Status.
By completing the rest of the forms, you will most likely qualify to vote, to serve on assemblies, perform jury duty and take up positions in the future governance structures. This will elevate you from being a South African State National, to being a South African State Citizen.
