THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA is a FOREIGN ENTITY on South African soil and it is not “our” government of sovereign men and women. The men and women in the corporate “Parliament” of the REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA, INC. are not “our” representatives. They represent foreign commercial corporations and/or “State” franchises which are operated as criminal syndicates on our shores in violation of their charters.
In case you didn’t know, Pretoria’s treasury is the South African Reserve Bank, which is also a private corporation that sells products and services to us. It forms a part of and operates within the THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM of the world.
Under this fiction, your South African Trade Name was stolen to create a Foreign Situs Trust without your knowledge or consent and after settlement in 1999, these bankrupt franchises or “disregarded entities” were re-named to JOHN W. DOE a new corporate legal fiction “PERSON” that serves as the territorial “South African State Citizen” and public transmitting utility.
For example: John William Doe vs. JOHN WILLIAM DOE sound the same when they are spoken, but each spelling means vastly different things. John William Doe is a noun. It is a proper name that represents a living man. JOHN WILLIAM DOE represents a non-living, fictional business entity just like a company.
When a proper name is CAPITALIZED it becomes a fiction.
We have been enslaved from birth, through death, through semantic word games and deceit. Your STRAWMAN is a fictional entity set up using “CAPITALIZED” variations of your given name at birth. This is the most blatant and unconscionable fraud in the history of the civilized world.
It was done though deceitful conversion of our names to CAPITAL LETTERS, making us corporate entities. It happened when they registered our birth certificates in the state in which we were born; occurring about two weeks after our “born on date”.
Your STRAWMAN is actually a fictitious entity. When spoken it sounds like your name, but it’s not you…the living man or woman. The ALL CAPs version of your name is a financial instrument, not a living entity.
Based on more than 50 years of research, we the people now know that the It is confusing for many of those who are just waking up and who have been indoctrinated to think of themselves as “South African Citizens” — that is, employees of foreign corporations temporarily “residing” here while providing governmental services to our States.
It is amazing to the managers of the commercial corporations that have run our society as governmental service providers that we have awakened after more than a century and taking action, even though such action is constitutionally guaranteed.
We have to overcome the confusion of South Africans who have been misled to think of and call themselves “South African Citizens” all their lives. “Citizens” are deemed by the system as being employees of the company that acts as the government of our country – we are deemed to be a dead business entity and not a man or woman living on the land..
At the same time, we have to educate ourselves about our actual South African Government and dust off the cobwebs and records so that we familiarize ourselves with the long-vacant offices and traditions of our own Government of the People, by the People, and for the People.
For example, in our system of government, the State Assembly Chairman tells the land jurisdiction National Manager, Governor or Prime Minister what to do, and our land jurisdiction Governor acts as our Check and Balance against usurpation by our National Government employees.
This is not an easy task in any respect. It is a daunting responsibility to self-govern that brings with it ultimate and unalienable rights and prerogatives. Each one of us has to take action to reclaim our birth right political status and each one has to make a decision whether we wish to live as South African State Nationals or South African State Citizens.
South African State Nationals owe no obligation or duty to serve the government; the government owes them all duty and obligation. Other than keeping the peace and not damaging people or property, South African State Nationals are truly free and in possession of all their Natural and Unalienable Rights.
South African State Citizens are those among us who accept the burden of serving their District- and/or State Government as Electors (our version of “Voters”), Jurors, elected officials, and hired officers.
It is to be hoped in the present circumstance that a majority of those reading this will step forward and serve their District and National State, which is being assembled now for the first time and is in great need of their service.
We need to “repopulate” our Districts and National State, which requires filling our Jury Pools, filling our vacant Public Offices, holding elections, and doing all the other work of our lawful State Governments.
