What is the difference between 528 and 928 documentation?
528 documentation is a Status Correction, and 1st step, which brings you as a living man or women from the jurisdiction of the sea and corporate law, back to the jurisdiction of the land and soil, under common law. These documents consists of:
– A universal declaration
– 2 x witness testimonies
– Cover page to send with documents to Home Affairs
– Selfie picture
– Copy of your ID card/document
– Proof of address
– Right thumb prints in red ink
Please see our step by step guide to make sure you prepare this documentation correctly, and how to send these to Home Affaris.
928 documentation is for full emancipation from the rules and regulations that have been imposed on us by the corporations being run as a “government”. This has been done by registering living men and women into the corporate world, under different jurisdictions. These documents consists of:
– Act of RSA Inc. expatriation and affirmation of SAR allegiance
– Cancellation of all prior powers of attorney
– Certificate of assumed name notice of transfer
– Paramount claim of the life and the estate
– Common carry declaration
– Acknowledgement, acceptance and deed of re-conveyance
– Mandatory notice – notice of liability
– Notice of intent – fee schedule
– Cover letter
– Baby deed of land recording (for people with children under 18 years of age.
These documents need to be prepared correctly, and sent toThe Master of The High Court, The Minister of Finance, Home Affairs and SARS.
Why would I need a Credential Card?
Anna von Reitz explains this nicely in one of her articles on her website. … and I quote, “To me, that phrase, “The job can get done.” is all-important, because— remember— the first function of government is to protect our people and their private property. To the extent that anything impedes, delays, obstructs or stands in the way of us getting that job done, it has to be overcome. The delay in getting State Credentials issued to our people endangers them. Pure and simple. It doesn’t matter why and it doesn’t imply blame. There are no sides to this issue. It simply has to get done.
What I care about is — is the information complete and correct? Is the database secure? Can local law enforcement and peacekeeping forces easily access the information they need? And if the answer to those three questions is “yes”, then let’s move forward with the means that we have at hand and get the job done.
Because our people are in need and our people are endangered for lack of viable modern credentials, and our very first goal and reason for being is what? To protect our people and their property. Anything that stands in the way of accomplishing our mission has to be overcome, side-stepped, leaped over, dug under or bull-dozed. Those that recognize problems and show the initiative to overcome them, need our applause and support. ”…
How do I get my Credential Card?
You must be a Status Corrected National to qualify for a Credential Card. (528 documentation)
You will need both your LRO recording number and your GFG recording number shown on your profile.
You can then complete the Credential Card application form, and pay the required fee. This fee is for the hard copy printed version – approved by Global. All instructions are on the application form which you can download from the correct your status page.
GFG will offer a digital version of the Foreign National Credential Card – free of charge. It is not available yet.
Will I loose my state pension if I do my status correction?
No! You have paid into the pension fund program, therefore you are entitled to receive your payments back. That cannot be taken away from you.
Should I go back and try to get previously paid taxes or mortgages or loans back?
No! Going back to try and recover what you’ve already paid puts you back in the maritime jurisdiction and puts you at risk, and it can also put your status at risk. This could also potentially leave you stateless. Once you are out of the maritime jurisdiction, you don’t want to go back. What’s past is water under the bridge. You’ve gained your freedom. Move forward.
Summary and example to help you stay focused
Summary:
Once you are out and you have gained your freedom, stay out of their jurisdiction. Stay out of their courts. Their courts are not for South African Nationals (living men and women on the land and soil jurisdiction). Their courts are for corporations and they are set up to negotiate contractual issues. Living men and women will not get justice or peace when dealing with maritime courts. Maritime courts are completely foreign to living people. Living men and women are not in the same jurisdiction as maritime courts.
Example:
Would you go into another country’s court system and expect them to use the English language and expect to have your laws respected?
Would you expect the laws of your country to be respected by their country?
It won’t happen, if you were in another country’s court system, you would need to submit to their language and their laws.
The maritime courts are for the maritime jurisdiction and they deal only in contractual disputes. Maritime courts are foreign to the land and soil jurisdiction. Maritime courts are for “corps” like “corpses, non-living entities”. They are not for living men and women.
Men and women on the land and soil can declare the status of South African State National. We are men and women on the land and soil. South African State Citizens (928 – emancipation) can participate in setting up our courts, which are called Common law courts. Living men and women can only find justice in our lawful courts, which is due all men and women. This court system has not been established in our country before. We have a right to this justice, and your Assembly is working on establishing the Jural pillar of our Assembly, which will, in time, include lawful courts for living men and women.
Paperwork Curing…
After you have completed, recorded and published all your documents and sent your notices to the de-facto government, it can take up to nine months for the various agencies to update their systems with your new status. Even then, you likely will get no confirmation an update has occurred. This is why it is recommended to take is slow when exercising your rights as a state national or state citizen, such as driving without a drivers license or no longer registering you personal automobile. It is, of-course up to you.
We recommend trying to use your State National Credential card only after you have educated yourself on all of these issues. Also, keep the notice we sent to all state departments with you in your car to produce if necessary.
Please do not enter any form of confrontation with the current law enforcement officers… You may consider keeping your current drivers license with you, and produce it if the situation seems to be escalaring. Remember, we are peaceful, and are trying to educate, rather than confront.
I have an issue with my Global Family Group account
This needs to be taken up with the Global Family Group directly. You can email them at this address: publish@globalfamilygroup.com or contact the TSAA GFG Recording Secretary – Kevin Minaert: gfg@thesouthafricanassembly.org.
What is the difference between the GFG’s documents and TSAA’s documents?
GFG documentation is centred around the American process, and is primarily for American people. Our 528 and 928 documentation has been tailored specifically for South Africans. The documentation and processes are all according to Judge Anna’s guidelines, and Global specifications.
How can I join The South African Assembly? What can I possibly do to make a difference?
The South African Assembly is constructed from all Status Corrected Nationals. We are all just regular people, like you, who are no longer happy with the way we have been forced to live. Each and every living man or woman has unique talents and knowledge. We need every bit of input we can get to complete the proper construction of our Assembly, and each and every one of you can contribute! Every small contibution together, makes a huge difference.
You will need to complete a volunteer form, and submit it to info@thesouthafricanassebly.org. We have a vetting committe who will contact you with the next steps in the process of becoming part of the change.
You can take a look through our basic structure documentation to see the kind of positions that we have available. These will change over time, depending on what we decide is necessary.
Please see our basic 4 pillar structure here, and find a place you can contribute, we need everyone!… https://xd.adobe.com/view/ebb0540d-b668-4933-9af2-4f88562bb85a-bee3/?fullscreen
Where can I find more information on all of this stuff?
We collaborate with all assemblies around the world, and regularly post items of information produced or found by them. Sometimes, you will see something from Terra Australis for example, please just remember that we are all in the same boat. Most of the information is relvant to us in South Africa.
Please join our Telegram channel for updated information, as it happens.
Always remember that we do not want to cause confrontation! We are a peaceful people, and always need to remember that not everyone out there understands what we now know! Education is the best way to help others to understand, and reach the same place you are at now.
