Fruit from a poisonous tree

Fruit of the poisonous tree” is a legal metaphor for evidence obtained indirectly from an initial illegal act, similar to how a poisonous tree produces tainted fruit. If the initial evidence (the “tree”) is deemed inadmissible because it was illegally obtained, then any subsequent evidence derived from it (the “fruit”) may also be excluded from court to ensure fairness and deter police misconduct.

Assembly Structure

Anna Von Reitz has explained exactly what we need to have a working Assembly. She has defined the 4 pillars, how the should be organised, given examples of positions and duties, which can be adapted to each county or state, dependant on needs. All positions should be populated by South African State Citizens who have reconveyed back to the land and soil jurisdiction.

Meet your strawman

Meet Your Strawman: And Whatever You Want to Know by David E. Robinson (Author)

In Robinson’s book, the “strawman” is presented as a separate legal entity from a person, created to serve as a fictional person for commercial and financial purposes, with the goal of protecting the actual person from liability.
The “Strawman” in the Legal Context (David Ernest Robinson’s Book)
What it is: In this context, the “strawman” is a separate legal person created by the government, typically tied to a birth certificate, to represent the individual in legal and financial dealings.
Its purpose: According to the book, the strawman is a commercial entity or legal fiction that is used to operate within the legal system, while the actual person (the “flesh and blood” you) is meant to remain distinct from it.
Why you should know it: The book argues that understanding the strawman can help individuals become aware of how the system operates and can empower them to manage their affairs more effectively.
